ATTENDANCE AND REFUND POLICIES


ATTENDANCE POLICY: THE STATE REQUIRES THAT ALL COURSES AND CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS BE ATTENDED TOTALLY FOR ANY CREDIT TO BE GIVEN. NO SPECIAL SESSIONS SHALL BE SCHEDULED FOR MAKE UP OF MISSED CLASSES (SEE CATALOG). NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN BECAUSE OF MISSED CLASSES.

REFUND POLICY: The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within three (3) business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. After the three (3) business days have elapsed the following refund policy will apply: students wishing to cancel must do so in writing three (3) working days or more prior to the commencement of a class or seminar. A refund in the amount of seventy-five (75) percent of the tuition will be paid upon the return of all materials issued, or full credit will be given for another class.
