We have a new look and a new name:  Appraising Association of Michigan, a non profit organization offering continuing education for appraisers and a newsletter providing current information for appraisers in Michigan.  The organization is owned by Beverly A. Stanton, State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.  Instructors:  Beverly Stanton, Christopher McDonald, and Frederick Chervenak are State Certified General Real Estate Appraisers with more than 25 years experience each.  If you have taken classes with us and we have your e-mail you will receive the newsletter once a month (sometimes bi-monthly if there is important information to pass on to you.  We are no longer offering pre-licensure classes, just continuing education, both classroom and online classes.

 Classes for continuing education are approved for credit by the State Board of Appraisers.

 The school offers classes for all levels of Real Estate Appraiser continuing education both in the classroom and online.

The class offerings are of high quality and the classrooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

 Each participant who desires a copy of the school policy and procedures may access it on this web site.

 Our appraisal continuing education seminars were designed and are taught by experienced certified appraisers.  Upon completion a certificate of attendance will be issued.  Your name, if licensed, your appraiser license number, course name and number, school name and number, number of hours of credit, date of completion, and signature of the responsible party will appear on the certificate.

 On site classes can be arranged for your organization. If you have a specific topic you wish covered, seminars can be developed for this purpose.
