HOLIDAYS and WEATHER:  Classes are not offered weekends, evenings, or holidays.  In the event of hazardous weather, please call the voice mail at 734-207-5050 prior to class to determine if the class has been rescheduled or cancelled.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDUCT:  You must be eighteen years of age and have an understanding of the English language.  At all times conduct must meet professional standards.  If removed from a class because of unprofessional behavior, no re-admittance is permitted.  No credit is allowed for previous education from other sources by our school.  The state determines this credit.

 REGISTRATION:  Pre-registration is required and the school reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet enrollment requirements.  Tuition must be pre-paid.  Checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express or Debit cards are accepted.

 TELEPHONES:  Telephones are not available for student use except in the case of an emergency. 

 LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:  Continuing education accepted toward the renewal educational requirements for appraiser’s licensing are offered.  No placement assistance is provided.  The state web site lists the approved classes: www.michigan.gov/delg  search for real estate appraisers.

 INSTRUCTORS:  Instructors are selected based upon practical experience and teaching proficiency.  Instructor qualifications are on available through this company’s office.

 CERTIFICATE:  A certificate is provided each participant upon successful completion of a class.  One–hundred percent attendance is required.  Continuing education in the classroom has not testing requirements.  Online classes have testing requirements.

 MAKE UP CLASSES:  A participant may not be absent from any of the class time if credit is required.  Arrangements can be made to make up the class time in extenuating circumstances.  A fee is required for make-up sessions.

 ELECTRONIC EAUIPMENT:  No tape recording is permitted in any class at any time.  Cell phones and pagers must be turned off during class.  Laptop computers are permitted; a wireless connection available in the classroom.

 TESTING INFORMATION:  No classroom continuing education classes are tested. Online courses have short tests throughout the course.  All online courses have been approved by The Appraisal Foundation and Adello (IDEC) and also the state.

 REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE CLASSES:  Refunds are available up to three calendar days after the date of enrollment.  The credit card used to purchase the course will be the account that is refunded.  To request a refund, contact Technical Support at Support@fastclass.com  or 1-866-455-3278.  Hours:  Monday through Friday 9 am to 7 pm; Saturday 10 am to 3 pm.  Closed Sundays and major holidays.  See page 13 for classroom refund policy
